HOW TO APPLY

Are you ready to move into one of our homes?

Please read carefully before submitting application.

Any resident 18 years and older who intends to reside at the property must apply and pay a $45 application Fee. The application fee is required from each applicant as a processing fee to verify income, credit and eviction history. The $45.00 application fee is non-refundable once the application processing has begun. We do not accept credit reports from third parties.

IMPORTANT: WE CANNOT PROCESS YOUR APPLICATION IF YOUR DOCUMENTS ARE INCOMPLETE! 

Required Documentation at time of applying: ( Please read carefully)

Proof of Identification:

Valid Government Issued photo ID (Required) & Social Security (If available)

Type of Income:

1. Employees: Pay stub (2 most current months) 
   
2. Self Employed: IRS 1040 First two pages (Last two year’s tax return) 
   
3. Direct Deposit: Bank Statements for the past three months 
   
4. Social Security: Social security proof of income letter
   
5. Child Support: Must show history of payment received for a minimum 12-month periods
   

Additional Requirements:  

1. Completed application with all required documents must be submitted
   
2. Application fee of $45 for each adult over 18 years of age.
   
3. No recent bankruptcy, No Eviction, or Judgement
   
4. Tenant combine income must equal to 3x monthly rent
   
5. Current and Previous Landlord references must be submitted for verification purposes. 

IMPORTANT

By Submitting an application you authorize SACRental to keep a copy of the application and all submitted documents. 

Additionally, you agree to all the terms and conditions. Please understand that approval is not an agreement to rent. The Rental Agreement must be in writing and signed by the property Management.
